Built the division from the ground up: strategy, an international team and the "Ya — Atom" eMSP platform that brought every charging station in Russia into one app.
Defined the product vision and scaling strategy and created the first Neurocode neurotech platform — a headset, an app and a cloud that turn brain activity into real-time metrics.
In IT since 2013: from software engineer to division director. A technical background lets me speak the same language as engineers, while an entrepreneurial mindset makes me own the product end-to-end.
I have worked on both sides of the table — as a vendor for Sber (Luxoft, IBS) and as a product owner at Atom. I know how complex technology becomes a product the market notices.
